Students (rooming 4 per room):

$99 by Dec 15, 2017.
$110 after Dec 15.

Costs for commuting/only coming to part of the conference:

1 session – $20
2 sessions – $35
3 sessions – $50
4 sessions – $65

1 night – $35 (4 per room) or $65 (2 per room)
2 nights – $70 (4 per room) or $130 (2 per room)

 

Example: You’re coming Friday evening for the session and staying in the hotel overnight, then attending Saturday morning through the day of outreach. You’ll go home Saturday afternoon:

2 sessions (Friday night & Saturday morning) $35 + 1 night (4 per room) $35 = $70.
